This book is not the first of its kind, but it is a previously unpublished collection of authentic designs from an era when "The Pike" was thriving, and specifically from Bert Grimm's Parlor. Although Bert has long passed, his location at 22 Chestnut Place is still in existence as a tattoo shop and museum. Handed down from one of Bert's most well known proteges, Bob Shaw, we hope you enjoy this compilation of classic acetate stencils, whose history is as rich and varied as the patrons of that famous place in time that once existed in the golden state.
